I'm not much of a sweets fan but that just might change. My cousin Jenna and her husband Mark in Brooklyn, NY just started their cookie business called, “Whimsy & Spice.” Mark has a lengthy culinary background, including pastry chef at The Central Park Boathouse in Manhattan. The sweets range in exotic composition from "chocolate orange cardamom," "honey lavender" to "chocolate chili cashew.” It’s just the right amount of sweetness so you can experience the other flavors in harmony. Oh, and don't forget the brownie, which my husband had hijacked, not leaving a crumb for me. Turns out that he had hid it for days and when he decided to “share” the booty, I experienced brownie nirvana. Check ‘em out. I guarantee taste bud satisfaction.

Thanks for the nice post. But god, I hope the brownie wasn't old by the time you got to them. I thought Pirco was still going to be in NY when I sent you the box or else I would have put more brownies in. I thought he had enough - he pretty much poured the brownie scraps down his throat.
