Introducing Eco-Plush Toys!

I have waited months for the arrival of the Eco-Plush dolls! It’s been half a year since I placed the order, as the manufacturer has been busy making the first batch of the handmade toys in Indonesia. It's made of 100% Soy Bean fiber and filled with 100% Kapok stuffing, a sustainable rainforest crop.

I loved plush dolls like any other child. But as an adult, I eventually developed an aversion to them. Not because I became a grumpy grown-up, but because I didn’t like what they were made of!

Here’s one tag description from your standard plush toy:
Contents: Polyester Fiber & Plastic Pellets

Eeeeeeek!! I would not want any child putting this in their mouth. I know that they claim that it’s safe and all, but when I think of polyester and plastic pellets, it’s not my prime choice of toy material.

So my quest began for something friendly and I am very happy (and proud!) that it is now available at Rabbit Kinney’s website! Checkout the various plush dolls from the Polar Bear, the Emperor Penguin and to the classic Teddy Bear.

Enjoy!
